Staff were incredible, helping with check-in, explaining breakfast, onsen, ski hire, and quickest way to the slopes. Room was spacious and comfortable with convenient sinks and toilet outside. Onsen was a true treat after skiing. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. Ski hire was convenient and reasonably priced, with collection service. Close to chairlift, ticket office, bus stop, shops, and restaurants. an amazing experience!
